Better Together: This Earth Day we’ll celebrate how we learn from each other and grow our movement. Jessica Wiskus, a music researcher and accidental activist from Lisbon, IA, will share her reflections on what resisting the CO2 pipeline has taught her about how we’re called to live our connections with others, answer the call to community across our differences, and share hope. We’ll also hear from Green Sanctuary members Miriam Kashia, Deb Schoelerman, Sally Hartman, and Rev. Diana Smith about what we’re learning as we engage in creating climate justice. And we’ll enjoy the music of the UUS Strings ensemble!
This will be a multiplatform service, with congregants and visitors welcome to join in person or watch over YouTube Live.
