Kaytee Rairdin, Communications and Outreach Coordinator

Hi, I’m Kaytee (she, her)!

I joined the UUS team in June 2023 as the part-time Communications and Outreach Coordinator! I help facilitate internal and external communications like the weekly email, monthly newsletter, and social media. I also assist with Sunday prep and website updates! I’ve carved out my own corner in the creative world by matching my passion for nonprofits and community organizations with my affinity for design, marketing, and social media.

I am a creative enthusiast and undercover New Englander living in Cedar Rapids. I was born in Boston, Massachusetts, and have been in the Midwest since the early 2000s. I live with my husband John and two cats, Thomas and Hassa, in a craftsman-style home on the Southeast side of Cedar Rapids. I am an avid Star Wars and Star Trek fan. I love making my own jewelry, painting pottery, and chorale singing!
