Ministerial Search Cottage Meetings
The next phase of the ministerial search process will begin with small group meetings (cottage meetings) where groups of 10 to 12 people will gather and discuss the following two questions:
- If someone outside the congregation asks you why you are part of the UUS community, what might you say?
- After our minister has been with us for a year, how will you know whether they are succeeding?
Sessions will be at UUS before the service on October 13th and 20th and after the service on October 27th and November 3rd. We also have a couple of sessions scheduled at the IC Public Library as that might work better for some.
