The Publicity Team works to promote UUS’s events, activities, and milestones to the wider community.

All committee support is dependent upon the availability of committee resources, including staff and volunteer time. If you would like help promoting an upcoming event, please contact the committee as early as possible, but at least 8 weeks in advance.

Include our event in the upcoming newsletter (please note events must be submitted by the 20th of the month to be included in the following month’s newsletter. Ex: Submit by November 20th to get in the December newsletter.)

Include our event in the weekly email the week before the event

Create a flyer, or other graphic design needs

We need help with a press release
